Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I search for a song?
Enter a song title and artist, or paste an individual YouTube URL, then press Download. Check the matching recordings and use Play when a preview is available before choosing a download option.
Why are no results appearing?
Check the spelling, shorten the query, or add the artist name. You can also try a direct YouTube URL. A source may be unavailable temporarily; a different query can help distinguish a search issue from an unavailable recording.
Where can I find the file I downloaded?
Check your browser’s download list or the Downloads folder in your file manager. On iPhone or iPad, look in the Files app. A completed local file can be opened in a compatible player; an online preview alone is not a saved download.
Should I choose MP3 or MP4?
Choose MP3 when you want audio for a music player. Choose MP4 if you also want video. The options shown depend on the selected source; a format label or larger file does not guarantee better sound.
What should I do if a download fails?
Confirm that your internet connection is working and that your device has enough storage. Retry the selected source once, or choose another relevant result. If an error persists, use the contact page and include the error text without sending passwords or other private information.
Why does the Paste button ask for permission?
Your browser controls access to the clipboard. Allow access when prompted if you want to paste a copied song title or URL. If access is unavailable, tap the search field and use your device’s normal Paste command.
Can I upload music to this site?
Mp3Juice does not provide an upload form for hosting your own recordings. The search form looks for existing results. Use your preferred publishing service when you want to release or host music.
Which recordings may I download?
Save recordings that you own, have permission to download, or that are offered under terms allowing downloads. Search availability does not establish those rights. Check the creator’s conditions for the recording you choose.
